Cancellation Policy

At The Zen Hippie Oasis, we honor your time, energy, and healing, and we hold the same respect for our practitioners and their sacred space.

To maintain flow, fairness, and availability for all clients:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before your service will result in a full service charge to the card on file.
No-shows will be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full.
If you're running late, please contact us. More than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling with a cancellation fee applied.

We understand that life happens — if you experience an emergency, please reach out directly so we can make compassionate accommodations when possible.
